A general practitioner is a doctor who works in a general practice clinic or medical clinic. A GP has to do at least 11 years of medical training. GPs access, diagnose and treat people living in the community. They work with people of all ages and have a broad range of medical knowledge on different health conditions. Health Coach – Health coaching is a way of helping people gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence they need to take an active part in their own health care. It helps people reach the health goals the want to achieve. Rebecca Smith is our Health coach.
